Musitechnic Formation becomes Collège Unica
Collège Unica reflects the expanded mission of the school with a range of high-level training programs.
Montreal, June 15th, 2023 – Musitechnic Formation, a major Montreal educational institution specializing in audio engineering, is proud to unveil its new name, Collège Unica, with the vision of refining and expanding its range of training programs to meet the needs of today’s job market.
Collège Unica is founded on the same pioneering vision that has kept Musitechnic Formation at the forefront of the industry for over 35 years. The school is committed to diversifying its programs, not only in response to current industry needs, but also in areas conducive to the development of professionals.
The flagship program, A.E.C. in Sound Recording and Design, remains the international reference in the field, providing students with expertise and graduates with countless professional opportunities.
With former Collège Unica students currently working for some of the world’s most remarkable production companies, including Netflix, Disney, Ubisoft, Warner Bros Games, Stingray, Radio Canada, and many others, the outlook is endless.
In addition to the flagship program, the school is currently developing workshops on immersive audio engineering and music production, including the new industry standard, Dolby Atmos, among others.
