F.A.Q. –  Admissions

Some useful information about admissions.

How do I apply?

Prerequisites to register

Local Students:

As an institution recognized by the Department of Education, the eligibility level is Secondary 5.

If the Secondary 5 was obtained in high school, the student must wait 2 semesters before being able to register. And if the secondary 5 was obtained by equivalence (TENS, adult courses) the student can register directly.

This measure applies only to Quebec students. Students from other provinces can register directly after obtaining their secondary 5 (or equivalence).

International students:

As an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, the eligibility level is Secondary 5, or its international equivalent (having passed Grade 1).

We accept the following degrees (and their international equivalents):

– Baccalaureate (BAC)

– Technical diploma (BEP)

– Other technical/vocational training

Diploma equivalencies (US and/or UE)

Our A.C.S.’s are internationally recognized and qualify for certain equivalencies in the United States and Europe.

If you wish to apply for these equivalencies, we invite you to write to in order to obtain more information on the procedures.

Eligibility requirements for financial aid

The Ministry of Education offers financial aid to students who do not have sufficient financial resources to pursue post-secondary education. This financial aid is paid in the form of Loans and Bursaries.
